Multi Mac racer. I went to sea because I wished to live deliberately. Sail fast. Sail safe.
Ken Wottowa
I skippered 10 Hook Races on my C&C 33 before switching to crewing for others on the Mac. I have 14 or 15 Macs completed as of 2026. I race summers in Chicago and winters in Thailand. I've campaigned 36.7s, 40.7s, and Sydney 41s primarily while in Chicago. In Thailand I've crewed mostly one-design programs including Firefly 850 racing cats and Platu 25 sloops. On Macs, my primary roles have been jib/spin trim, helm, and navigation.
